Alternative Audio is an audio retail store specializing in the sale of two channel, high-end, audio equipment and accessories. Located in the historic town of Dundas, Ontario, at the west end of Hamilton, Alternative Audio is a mere 45 minute drive from such metropolitan centres as Toronto, London, and St. Catharines.
So, if you are tired of the high pressure sales pitch in the cities of tall buildings and even loftier attitudes, grab a handfull of your favourite discs or LPs, (we always have at least 3 fully operational turntables on display) and take the drive to Dundas to relax in the hassle-free ambience of one of our accoustically treated soundrooms.

Directions to the store:
- Come in to Dundas from Cambridge on Hwy #8
- Drive down the mountain, which will eventually turn into King Street
- Stay on King street until you get to Olgilvie Street
- Turn right onto Olgilvie Street. There is a Carnegie style library (now an Art gallery) on the corner
- Follow Olgivie until you come to the first set of lights
- Turn left onto Hatt street until you see it veer sharply to the left, to go around the town hall.
- DO NOT FOLLOW THE CURVE! There is a road that runs straight off of it, follow it
- To your right, is a taupe coloured two story house with a large green awning that says Alternative Audio
- Park behind the store, there's a driveway directly past the end of the building
